No. You add us as a co-host from your own account, which gives us access to the listing without your password or your payout details. When the project is finished, you remove us in two taps.
No. We optimize your existing listing; we never create a new one. Your reviews, rating and booking history stay exactly where they are.
The review tells you what's holding your listing back. Listing optimization is us making those changes, checking them against your market, and documenting each one. Some owners take the review and do the work themselves, and that's fine.
If the listing is the problem, no. If the problem is slow replies, missed cleanings or reviews that mention either, a better listing won't fix it, and Airbnb Co-Hosting is the better fit. We'll tell you which one you need after the review.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We can make sure your listing appears in the searches it should, shows its best photos first, and is priced for your market. Demand, season and your reviews decide the rest.
Sometimes. If your photos are dark, out of date or missing a room guests care about, we'll say so in the review and give you a shot list. If new photos are worth it, we can book our preferred photographer for an additional fee.
